We are pleased to inform you that we have reopened our
Ferndown and New Milton salons as of Saturday 4th July 2020.

Booking an appointment
Can we request that all appointments are made either by telephone or using our online booking system which is now open). Due to social distancing please do not visit the salon personally to make an appointment. Please note, at this busy time we may not be able to answer the phone but if you leave your name, phone number, and message. we will make sure to return your call as soon as possible. Please do not attend your appointment if you feel you may have any COVID-19 symptoms.

What to expect on your visit
As we are all aware there are restrictions and guidelines which we will need to follow with regards to the social distancing rules, this will mean the salon will have a reduction in the amount of both staff and clients in the salon at any one time. We do ask you to wear a mask into the salon, however you are not obliged to wear your mask throughout your service. We have extended our working week to 7 days a week and adjusting our staff rota’s to make sure we can fulfil our clients needs. We will endeavour to look after you solely by your personal stylist/beauty therapist for your entire appointment, thus minimising unnecessary contact with others. We kindly request that you attend your appointment alone for the general safety of other salon clients and our staff (if you have any special requirements or have a carer please advise us when making your booking to accommodate your needs). We have increased the appointment times for each service so we avoid overlapping clients being in the salon at anyone one time. Please try to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to avoid over crowding in the salon. Magazines will not be available in the salon but feel free to bring your own. Please note there may be an additional cost to your colour service if we need to use more product to refresh and even out colours.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
As a loyal client to our salon we feel as a duty of care it is up to us as a company to keep you and our staff safe, so we will not be adding a surcharge for PPE. However we request that each client attends their appointment with a mask (if you arrive without one we will provide one for a non profitable fee of £1.00 which will be added to your final bill). We are fully prepared with the recommended health and safety measures in place, including; face masks, face visors, disposable single use aprons, single use client gowns, disposable gloves, disinfectant, hand sanitiser etc.
Each station and basin will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before and after each service. We do ask you to be patient at this time as we will be extremely busy and will of course do everything in our power to make sure our clients are booked in and their hair and beauty needs are taken care of.

Payments
We will be more than happy to accept either contactless or cash payment, unfortunately please be aware at this time we are unable to honour gift cards, offers or discounts.
